NASU
November is Native American Heritage Month. Daily announcements will provide snippets of information honoring this group of peoples. For example, did you know the Inuit in the Arctic developed the concept of a small, narrow boat, with a sealed cockpit to protect the paddler from sinking in the event the craft capsized? We refer to that craft today as a kayak.
