Schedule Change Forms

Correction requests are not guaranteed.

You must continue to attend your scheduled classes until a change is made in Synergy.

Semester 2 Course Correction Forms 

Forms will open at the end of Semester 1 and will close February 16th. 

Students must be logged in to your 4J gmail account to access the form.

Semester 2 Course Drop Form

Form will open February 20th and will close March 1st.

After March 1st, connect with your counselor to discuss dropping a class.

New to South?

Once you have connected with the SEHS Registrar and completed the enrollment paperwork, fill out the appropriate forecasting form linked below to request classes for the 23-24 school year. 

 

Incoming 9th Graders

Class of 2027 Forecasting

Feeder (Roosevelt MS or Spencer Butte MS)

Step #1: Enroll in the “Class of 2027”  Canvas Course

Step #2: Review the Forecasting Workbook 

  • In Canvas, locate and open the “9th Grade Forecasting Workbook”. 
  • Review the options, and place an “X” next to all of the courses you are interested in. 
  • Remember, you will need a total of 8 credits (16 classes), but will also need to select courses as alternates.

Step #3: Enter your course selections into StudentVUE by May 5th

  • Log-in to your StudentVUE account
  • Locate “Course Requests” on the left hand side. 
  • Enter your course selections. (Some are pre-selected for you.) 
  • You will need 16 classes (8 credits) plus 3 (or more) alternates.
