ART:
Are you an artist or an aspiring artist? Come join us today, Tuesday, and every Tuesday at lunch in room 521 for art club! Everyone’s welcome.
POSTERS:
Attention clubs, affinity groups, and sports teams–from now on, all informational posters and flyers must go through the front office for approval and before being hung up by student government. Thanks for helping us in our new efforts to keep our hallways neat and tidy!

CLIMATE CLUB:
Do you care about the environment? Do you want to make a difference? If so, join EG350, south’s climate activism club, on Wednesdays at lunch in room 416.
WINTER SPORTS:
Are you planning on playing a sport at South in the winter, the spring, or next year? If the answer is yes then you need at least 5 classes at all times! If you have less than 5 classes but you want to participate in athletics, you need to come to the office TODAY!
AMNESTY:
Are you passionate about human rights? Come join South’s Amnesty International Chapter for letter writing campaigns, education on current events, and more. We meet Wednesdays at lunch in room 409!

Homecoming is next weekend, and the dance is slated for Saturday night at 8:00pm! If you would like to bring a guest from another school, you must complete a guest request form and have it approved by South administrators AND your guest’s school administrators. Guest request forms are available in the main office beginning at LUNCH today. We do have a cap on the number of guest requests available for this event and there is a max of one request per student. Request forms are due by next Wednesday. Late request forms will not be considered.
BASKETBALL:
Anyone interested in playing girl’s basketball should see coach Clark or coach Jungert. Pre-season work has begun. All are welcome as we get ready for the upcoming season. Pre-season schedules are available in room 408.
