CAREER CAMPS: This summer, LCC will offer free week-long camps that teach  students basic automotive, welding, and diesel skills. The due date to register for LCC’s Advanced Technology Summer Camps is this Friday, April 14th at noon. See Lori Sauter in room 7 for more information.

CAREER FAIR: Seniors, are you hoping to start your career right after high school? If you are, register to attend the Hiring Fair for Graduating Seniors. You have to sign up by Wednesday, April 12, and the fair takes place Wednesday, April 19. Employers for entry-level jobs will be there, and participants should bring a resume. There won’t be any summer jobs or jobs for students who will be in school next year. See your email from last Monday from Lori Sauter or visit the college and career center in room 7 for more information.

PROM: Prom tickets are now on sale! Head over to South Eugene’s school pay website to purchase prom tickets. They are $35 without ASB and $30 with. If the price is a burden for you, please contact assistant principal Ricci Huling. The limit is two tickets per person, and only upperclassmen can purchase tickets. Guest request forms are also available in the office. Head over to our instagram @sehsstugov to see a full list of rules and instructions regarding ticket purchase.

Need clothes for prom? Stop by the cafeteria after school today until next Friday to choose from hundreds of dresses and suits for free! 

NHS: Applications for next year’s National Honor Society are available in the office and the College and Career Center. Current members do not need to re-apply. Deadline is 4:00 PM on Friday, April 14. Late applications will not be accepted. 

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Many volunteer positions are still available for the 2023 Friends of the Eugene Public Library Book Sale. Any students interested in helping out between April 14th  and 16th are invited. Visit the website at friendseugenelibrary.org for more information. You may also visit Lori Sauter in the college and career center (room 7) for more information.

LATINX: Attention everyone!  Latinx Student Union meets today and every Wednesday in Room 29 at lunch. This week we are planning for Spring Fest.  If you are interested in learning about and celebrating Latinx culture, please join us for pizza lunch in Elle Sabala’s room!  We hope to see you there!

FOOTBALL: Any Freshmen and Sophomores considering competing in Football this fall need to attend the lunch time meeting in Room 4 tomorrow.
