SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY: Are you a gamer? Do you play Fortnite, Overwatch2, Rocket League, Valorant, Smash or Chess? How would you like to play in college and earn an esports scholarship? Bushnell University is offering esports scholarships to recruits. Come to the career center this Thursday, March 9th at 12:30 for more information.

MOVIE NIGHT: Student Government will be holding another movie night at the end of the trimester on March 8th to celebrate completing an extra tough term. We will be watching High School Musical in the small theater. It is $5 to enter and we will have free hot chocolate and popcorn!

GSA: GSA will meet Friday during lunch in Room 30. All are welcome. See you there! 

SPIRIT STORE: It’s finally here – the South Eugene Spirit Store’s Grand Opening!! Come any time today, until 4pm in the cafeteria and you can experience one of the most glorious events of the school year! Inside the South Spirit Store you will find numerous desirable items – there’s something for everyone here! Come on out, pick something you like, and have a good time! We welcome you all to the South Eugene Spirit Store!

LATINX: Attention everyone!  Latinx Student Union meets today and every Wednesday in Room 29 at lunch.  If you are interested in learning about and celebrating Latinx culture, please bring your lunch to Elle Sabala’s room!  We hope to see you there!

SENIORS: Seniors, it’s that time again. The second group of Seniors will be presenting their Senior Experiences this Friday @ 2:40pm in the cafeteria. Check out the window in the 300 hall for some inspo from your fellow classmates!

Seniors again! Yearbook Senior Superlatives Nominations are now open. Check your email for the nomination link and submit by midnight Wednesday. The top 3-5 nominees in each category will appear on the ballot out later this week.

Also, we will soon be holding auditions for Seniors who wish to give a musical performance or a speech during the 2023 graduation ceremony. If you’re a senior with something you want to say to your whole class and 2,000 guests, whether it be through music or public speaking, start preparing now for auditions that will take place in April! Your audition piece must be the same as what you are going to present during the ceremony, and should be under 5 minutes long. More info about audition sign-ups coming soon! See Eric in the Main Office with any questions.

Do you know how many days are left until graduation? I’ll give you a hint: Graduation is less than 100 days away now! If you haven’t ordered your cap & gown yet, DO IT TODAY!
