BLOOD DRIVE: South Eugene Red Cross Club is hosting a blood drive at the Eugene Faith Center on January 20th from 12-5 pm. Visit redcrossblood.org and enter in sponsor code SouthEugeneHS to donate blood and give back to your community. Everyone that participates gets volunteer hours that count for NHS group hours. WRESTLING MEET: Our AXE Wrestling Team will take the mat this Wednesday in the large gym. Wrestling for JV starts at 6:00pm with Varsity taking the Mat at 7:00pm. DESIGN ARTS OPPORTUNITY: Students interested in graphic, digital, and physical design should consider applying for the free Design Arts Apprenticeship Program sponsored by the Lane Arts Council. During this 10-week program, you will be partnered with a professional artist and 3 to 4 other students to complete an art project and learn about creative careers. Applications are due Thursday, January 12 and can be found at lanearts.org or by visiting Lori Sauter in the Career Center for more information.
