AP Exam fees due: Attention AP Students,  this is a reminder that the AP exam ordering deadline is this Friday, the 11th.  Please pay for your exam(s) or complete the AP Exam Fee Notice google doc on the AP website to let the AP Coordinator know you are wanting to take the exam this May.  Adding the Join Code in MyAP is not enough to have your exam ordered.  Thank you.

College visit: A rep from UC-Santa Cruz will have a virtual visit with South students this afternoon at 2:25. You should have received the Zoom link in an email yesterday, but if you didn’t, you can find it in the career center. There will also be an in-person visit with the rep from Columbia College Chicago on Wednesday, November 9 at 2:30 in the career center. Hope you can make it!

GSA: Room change announcement for GSA! We will meet the rest of the year in Mrs. Dodd’s room (room 30) in the main hallway. We will meet on Wednesday during lunch this week. See you there!

NASU meeting: There is a NASU meeting today during lunch in room 306. There will be lunch provided. 

Nordic Ski Club: All students interested in joining the Nordic Ski Team, there will be a meeting Tuesday at lunch in room 202. We hope to see you there!

Letters for Rose Club: Do you like creating art or letter writing? Get volunteer hours during lunch by joining the Letters For Rose club! Letters For Rose meets during lunch on Tuesdays in room 408. All are welcome.

Speech and Debate: Students, South Eugene has a Speech and Debate Club! All students are welcome to join in. Regardless of skills level or experience, you are welcome and can come check out the opportunity at our next practice on Tuesday from 6pm-8pm in the South Library.

Girls Tennis Meeting: Anyone interested in competing for South Eugene in Girls Tennis meet with Mr. Rivera in Room 4 at lunch Tuesday November 8th.

NHS meeting: National Honor Society’s monthly meeting is Tuesday the 8th during lunch. Please bring your Volunteer Logs for this trimester, if you have completed your hours.

COVID tests: If you have a COVID test to drop off, the bin will be in the front office until lunch.

Food Drive: Student Government is partnering with the Economic Justice League and the Youth Pantry Club to bring you our biannual food and hygiene drive! Today through Friday November 18th, bring canned/pre packaged food and hygiene products to the bins located at the auditorium doors, the main entrance, the gym, and the cafeteria. All donations go back to the South Community. If you donate, you will get entered into a raffle to win a free ticket to Winter Formal, an Axepresso gift card, and more dope prizes! Give back to your community and people in need this winter.
