RADIO CLUB: Calling all students interested in HAM radio! We’ll meet at lunchtime this Tuesday and we are looking for more members. If you’re interested in science, electronics, communications, computers, geography, foreign language, or just want to explore something new, come join us!This week we’ll present just a bit of history about radio at South, and introduce you to Morse code. Hope to see you there! Tues, room 415, at lunch.

JUNIORS: Hello Classic South Juniors! It’s time to schedule your Junior interview with your counselor. You will review your transcript, chat about summer plans and Senior year courses. Please use the QR code located outside the counseling office to schedule these appointments. 

MBDA: HI All! Do you identify as neurodivergent and or body divergent? Do you want to learn more about what the heck these terms mean? Then come by South’s newest affinity group – Mind & Body Divergence Alliance! Every Monday at Lunch in Room 411 TODAY!!! 

NASU: NASU meets on tomorrow during lunch, in Room 306.

OSAC: Seniors, need financial aid? Whether you’re headed to a 4-year school, community college, or trade school, the OSAC (pronouced Oh-Sack) scholarships application is a good choice. It’s like the Common App where you fill out a single application that is used for over 600 scholarships. It’s due on March 1st, but if you submit your application by February 15th, you’ll be entered in a drawing for an extra $1,000 scholarship. Find the application in <oregonstudentaid.gov> or contact Lori Sauter in the College and Career Center

BIPOC: Calling all students who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color). Our BIPOC student group is collecting stories of BIPOC Student experiences. If you are interested in sharing your story, please join us on Tuesday, 2/7, in the Small Gym during lunch. If you cannot attend and would like to share a story, please contact Señora Keech in room 25. Lunch will be provided.
