Tuesday 5/9: Last Names T-Z
Students who were unable to see Leann due to the unexpected cancellation of classes on Wednesday can do so at their earliest convenience.
Students who are unable to attend the remainder of the assigned times can drop-in to connect with Leann starting Wed. 5/10.
Cap/gowns and graduation tickets will be available to pick up during lunch and after school beginning Monday, May 15th.
Seniors can get up to 6 tickets during the initial distribution, but we ask that you only take as many as you know will be put to use. Parents should communicate clearly with graduates to make sure you are on the same page about (1) the number of tickets they should request, and (2) your desired seating section. Graduates will be seated on the stage during the ceremony, and seating in the audience for ticketed guests is first-come, first-served within your assigned section. Seniors will be asked if they would like tickets for Orchestra, Mezzanine, or Balcony, so if parents have a strong preference, students will need to know that before they request tickets in a particular section; section choice is also first-come, first-served. If you are unfamiliar with the venue, we recommend searching ‘Hult Center Seating Map’ in Google Images for reference before choosing a section.
If you have guests with accessibility needs, or you would like to request additional tickets through our lottery system that we will use to allocate leftover tickets, please fill out the Google Form at the link below.
If you have any questions, you can reach Eric at 541-790-8000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Graduation tickets will be distributed from the conference room window in the main hall (immediately next to the 300 hall) during lunch & after school throughout the week of May 15.
All attendees must have a ticket, infants included; we recommend scheduling a sitter for young children who will find it difficult to sit quietly during a long ceremony.
Each senior who is on track to graduate will be allocated up to 4 tickets. If a family would like to request additional tickets, 2 more will be provided, but we ask that you only request as many tickets as you know will be put to use, and that you return tickets if they are no longer needed. If a family is in need of more than 6 tickets, please see our full ticket distribution plan here. Seniors also must have ordered their cap & gown (or made arrangements with Eric) before they can pick up their tickets.
CAP & GOWN:
Seniors who are on track to graduate should have already purchased a cap/tassel and gown. This is also through Miners Graduate Services. If you are unsure if you have already ordered your cap & gown, please call the Main Office at 541-790-8000. If the cost of purchasing a cap & gown presents a financial burden, please contact Eric at email@example.com to arrange to borrow from our limited supply of spare gowns.
Cap & gowns will be distributed during lunch and after school beginning the week of May 15th.
