Student/Parent Address and Contact Information Updates
Please review your contact information in ParentVUE and StudentVUE and email any changes to our Registrar Melinda Shull at shull@4j.lane.edu. It is important that we are aware of any changes in your contact and emergency information!
If you are changing an address, we must have a copy of your new lease or mortgage statement as well as a current utility bill. Please list the people the address change effects. If you have students at other schools, you will need to submit the change directly to them.
Our weekly newsletter is our primary means of communicating important information to keep parents informed & to empower students to succeed by being in-the-know about ‘all things South!’ Having your current email address(es) in ParentVUE allows us to keep you up to date with regular messaging.
HELP YOUR SCHOOL. APPLY TODAY!
Families are encouraged to apply for free/reduced-price meals, even if students don’t eat school food!! Schools will continue to receive federal payment for meals, and even receive additional federal funding, for students who qualify. Approved applications provide families with additional savings and will save the district’s operating budget as much as $1,309 per student this year, money that can be used to educate and support students.
Student Schedules
Schedules will be available through StudentVUE/ParentVUE near the end of August.
