Students will receive an email with their locker assignment within one week of submitting the form. You will need to be signed in to your 4J Google account to access the form.
  • Students should arrive with their computers fully charged along with the charging cord, water bottle, something to write with, a mask, and, if desired, a lock so they can set up their locker.
