Announcements for September 27th

IDs are in: If you got your picture taken last Wednesday,  your ID has come in. Please come in to the office to pick it up.

BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Students: We will be meeting during lunch TODAY. Please keep your eyes out for an email. If you, or a BIPOC friend did not receive an email by Tuesday, please email Beth Keech (keech_b@4j.lane.edu) or stop by room 25 to add your email to the group list. 

Students: Please note that the Positive Changes Courtyard will be closed for lunch today for a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Student Gathering. 

NASU: Native American Student Union is meeting today during lunch in Room 305. The topic of discussion will be the upcoming Fall Fest.

Feminist Union: Want to discuss social justice topics surrounding race, sexuality, gender, and sexism? Join South Eugene’s Feminist Union in Señora Keech’s room on Monday, 10/3,  room 25 in the main hall.  Even though this is Feminist Union, everyone is welcome and encouraged to join!

Speech and Debate: Interested in speech or debate? Come to room 113 during lunch today to learn about the club here at South and how to get involved. We will be starting regular meetings in the evenings within the month. Hope to see you today!

College Visits: The University of Oregon will have a rep in the career center on Tuesday, September 27 at 2:25 pm, and Oberlin College will be here on Thursday, September 29 at 10:15 am. Come hear them talk to you about their schools and answer questions.

COVID tests: Today is COVID test drop off day. Drop off your test in the office before lunch. Also, if you have not yet picked up your kits, please come to the office ASAP to do that.
