Stress Reduction and Relaxation!

Do final exams stress you out?  Give yourself a 45-minute gift of self care.  South has partnered with the YMCA to offer 45 minutes of free Stress Reduction and Relaxation techniques on Tuesday Nov. 26th.  End the first day of finals feeling relaxed, positive, clear minded, and ready for day two. Learn and practice strategies that will help you take on challenges with confidence and poise for the rest of your life.  You are worth it!

When: Tuesday November 26th, 2:30-3:20pm

Where: SEHS Cafeteria

Yoga mats provided.  Wear comfortable clothes. You’ll be glad you came.
