Career Center: Both Northern Arizona University and Pomona College will be at the Career Center tomorrow. Northern Arizona University will be here at 8:30 and Pomona will be here at 1:01pm.

Figure of Speech Writing Club: Interested in creative writing? Want help with college essays? Curious about National Novel Writing Month? Come down to Figure of Speech Writing Club! We meet Fridays at lunch in room 504. 

 

South Eugene Theater: The play Silent Sky follows Henrietta Leavitt, a female astronomer in the 1900’s, challenges the traditional place of Women in society and in science. Directed by Avery Monson, this show runs October 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, and 25th in the little theater. Get your tickets at south eugene theater.org.

 

Model United Nation: Model United Nations’ meeting days has now changed to Thursdays. We will still meet at lunch in Room 539 in the IHS hall. Come tomorrow to learn more about Model United Nations and join the fun!

 

Student Government: Do you have old Halloween costumes that you’ll never wear again? Well now, you can drop them off at the teen costume clothing drive from October 15th to October 25th. Bring your adult-sized costumes to the bins in the main entrance to help students who don’t have a costume this year.

 

Look me in the Eye Club: Hang out with people of all abilities here at South! Every Wednesday in the back of the cafeteria, this club meets for art, games, and other activities! Everyone is welcome to join!

 

Axe Dance Team: Auditions to be part of the award winning dance team are tomorrow form 4-6 in the small gym. All genders are welcome!
