Latinx Student Union: Buenos días South Eugene High School! Do you want to learn about and celebrate latinx culture here at South? Come to Latinx Student Union today, and every Wednesday, in Room 29. We’ll be planning our presentation for Fall Fest, and we’re getting ready for Día de los Muertos! Hope to see you there!


Career Center: The local VFW is offering a Voice of Democracy essay contest open to all grades on the topic, “What Makes America Great.” local winners may advance to state and national competitions for more prize money, up to $30,000. Submit an essay and 3- to 5- minute recording of your essay by 10/31.


The UO Stamp Leadership Scholarship offers a full-ride scholarship to UO for 4 years. It requires a minimum 3.85 GPA and 1300 SAT or 28 ACT. Apply for admission to UO by 11/1 and for Stamps by 11/15.


Gonzaga University will be in the Career Center today at 11:07.
