Daily Announcements Tuesday, October 24
College Visits: Attention juniors and seniors! Meeting with college representatives can help with the admission decision! Look at the list of who’s coming soon: Harvey Mudd today (2nd period), Linfield on Thursday (5th period), Claremont McKenna College on Friday (3rd period), and Scripps College on Friday (5th period).
Seniors: If you are in Classic South and not doing a CAM/CTE Project, you must complete a Senior Project in order to graduate! Senior Seminar is where the project is completed, after you put in your 15-20 hours at a placement where you’ve experienced a career choice. Senior Seminar is not offered T3, so you’ll be working with the Senior Project Advisor, Mary Taylor either this term or next. If Senior Seminar is on your schedule for this term, you don’t have much time left to work with Mary to get it done, so please contact her immediately by dropping by Room 9 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you aren’t on the list for this term, you’ll see Senior Seminar on your schedule for next term and should be getting Packet #1 approved and putting in your hours NOW. It’s not a good idea to put this off; contact Mary Taylor today! Again, that’s done by dropping by Room 9 or emailing email@example.com. Thanks!
It is time to order your Cap and Gown, Graduation Announcements, and Class Ring. Orders will be collected in the hallway near the Main Office from 11:00 through 1:00 today and tomorrow. Don’t forget to bring your order forms and deposit money.
If you haven’t filled out your Senior Diploma Name Form or picked up your Cap & Gown Packet, then come down to the main office as soon as possible!
